To do this, you have to go to the "fanfics" section and vote on those fics*, and you have to comment at least three times (one per chapter). At the end, you won't get the votes directly; you have to go to your inbox, located on the home page, below the "friend requests," and there you'll receive an email with those 100 votes.

*I have a fic that I created specifically so you can comment, it's called 'votes 4 yoongi'
